HOUSE RULES

To ensure a great stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially when using outdoor spaces.

Please supervise children at all times, particularly around the lake, docks, kayaks, and fire pits.

Use of the docks, kayaks, and lake is at your own risk. Life vests are required by Virginia law when using kayaks.

Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits. Do not leave fires unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished when finished.

Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors or rearrange outdoor furniture.

No fireworks at any time.

Please respect check-in and check-out times so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guests.

The detached garage game room is fully accessible and available for guest use during your stay.

Any locked closets or owner storage areas are not accessible to guests.

Everything else on the property is yours to enjoy during your stay.
